Refund policy

Here's the deal.

You know how typical coffee can make you anxious, jittery, and cause digestive or other issues?  

Well at Edge we make premium, clean coffee - free from mycotoxins and pesticide residues that cause these health issues.  
In fact, if you have any issue with the coffee, or just don't love the taste we will give you $100

Technical stuff:

  • To start a return, you can contact me at mike@edgecoffeecompany.com.
  • We believe that most people are honest.  However, to prevent fraud and help improve our products, we will need specific information about the problem. 
  • If you have purchased more than one bag we will need the others sent back to us.
  • We are not able to process items sent back to us without an RMA number
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
